Clearvision is an ergonomic lighting company. Since the launch of Virtual Daylight® in 1997, we have become a leader in the field of artificial daylighting.
Clearvision began its life looking at the ergonomics of lighting in mission critical 24-hour workplaces - for example control rooms for communication networks. The company was one of the first to research into the relationship between human health, productivity and quality of lighting.
Daylight, or its absence, was found to be a significant factor in this relationship. In 1997 Virtual Daylight® was the first serious attempt in the UK to take the idea of artificial daylight into the standard workplace. The success of Virtual Daylight® has spawned imitators, but none that match the original.
We continue to be committed to innovation in our area of specialisation and keep developing our technology and application expertise.
