The Beral is manufactured with high grade specular aluminium reflectors, galvanised steel bodies and branded European control gear/lampholders to deliver the correct function and reliability.

The Beral range includes standard open and diffuse versions, with IP54 and three drop glass options. Dimming control versions include 1-10V, DSI and DALI as well as the manual switch dimming option. Emergency variants include self-test & central-test versions, as well as the standard three hour maintained unit.

The Beral is engineered for use with CFL eco lamps, such as Philips PL-R 14W and 17W, for higher efficiency and energy saving options. The gear box has two possible mountings - either attached, requiring 160mm of ceiling void or detached, reducing the void requirement to 115mm.
